  • How to work with sound (including mantra) and subtle energy to connect with the Earth, foster your vitality, and release old patterns that do not serve you
  • How to Heal with the Muse, to awaken your creativity and help you move more skillfully through emotional trauma
  • Chakra meditation practices to charge yourself and others with loving energy, and deepen your connection with spiritual guidance
  • How to create your personalized healing ritual and feel the flow of well-being throughout your life journey

Discover your Healing Keys and widen your possibilities for joyful liberation. This workshop is open to all ages, genders, and other labels. No prior experience is necessary — only a willingness to meet and explore the beautiful being that you are.
