Sacred Sound & Wonder invites you to celebrate the first week of Spring as we find connection, levity, and light through the alchemy of crystal singing bowls and sound healing.

Sound Healing is one of the oldest and most natural forms of healing known to our planet. Modern science is now reinforcing what ancient cultures have always known: We live in a vibrational world. A world of frequency. All beings are interconnected through vibrational frequencies. By using sound healing intentionally, we have the opportunity to aid in our own healing processes, embrace higher consciousness, and transform the world around us.

Like the sun, crystal singing bowls emit photons (life force energy). Together we will explore and experience how they can entrain our brain wave patterns, calm our hearts, soothe our nervous systems, and balance our chakras. Crystal Tones Alchemy Bowls of Ruby, Rose Quartz, Emerald, Gold, Lapis Lazuli, and Tourmaline are among the many bowls that will be activated during our time together to bring us into a protective field of compassion, love, and joy.

Each day will include a blend of nourishing sound journeys, experiential activities, breathwork, movement, journaling, and group discussion. We welcome you to unwind, connect, and feel empowered to bring new practices home with you to restore your balance and connectivity to yourself and the world around you.

Enjoy this incredible journey with your guide, Deva Munay, and learn the science and the magic in applying innovative sound healing techniques to your daily life. Special guest and elder Damaris (Penny Vieregge) will join us to share the poetry of Hafiz.

“When all of your desires are distilled,
you will ask for just two things,
to love more and to be happy.”
—Hafiz
