Tenzin Seldon is a global leader, founder, and venture capitalist with more than two decades of experience scaling climate technologies. She is Founder and Managing Partner of Pulse Fund, a venture capital fund investing in scalable climate companies across energy transition, infrastructure, food and agriculture, and mobility. Through Pulse, she has led numerous deals and holds board positions with companies including Floodbase, Unravel Carbon, Mast Reforestation, Endera, Twelve, and BlocPower.

Tenzin also serves as an advisor and board member for publicly traded companies and nonprofits, including Marathon Digital Holdings, Stanford University's Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence institute, the UN NGO Creative Visions Foundation, and One Earth. She previously co-founded a net-negative infrastructure company focused on the redevelopment of historic buildings, and served at the United Nations Environment Programme in Thailand, overseeing the region's disaster risk reduction policy. She has lectured at Harvard University, the University of Oxford, and Stanford University.

A Harry S. Truman Scholar, Tenzin's honors include Inc.'s Female Founder 500, a Los Angeles Times Banking & Finance Visionary award, Forbes' "Most Likely to Impact the Next Century," a World Economic Forum Global Shaper designation, and the UN Innovative Disruptor Award. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Stanford University, then earned a dual master's degree at Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar.
