Jim Gallas, has been teaching alignment breath focused Yoga since 1990. Shortly thereafter he was trained by Dr. Chu Nan Lai to teach Wai Dan Gong an easy to learn, powerful Qigong form. Jim also enjoys teaching Shiatsu massage, Reiki and anatomy. In 2007 he created the instructional DVD “Zen Tai Shiatsu, Deep Effective Bodywork with Ease”. For 20 years Jim played and performed with Loose Cannon Theatre, a comedy improv troupe. In an earlier life he was the owner of a successful vegetarian restaurant in New Zealand.
