Each morning, you will learn about the function of one of the three centers, and explore effective ways to recognize when you are present in your body, your heart, and your head.
In the afternoons, we will engage with presence to participate in experiential practices, and become more familiar with our own patterns that contribute to “othering”. By learning how to release the underlying emotions of anxiety, fear, anger, resentment, shame, and blame, we can heal from past painful experiences that have been inflicted on us or that we have inflicted on “others”.
We will use the Enneagram and I.D.E.A. (inclusion, diversity, equity, and anti-racism) to create internal and external expansion to open our mind-body-spirit connection and stand in love against “othering”. We integrate practices for intentional engagement of our three centers of intelligence. Through the connection of our body, head, and heart we can:
Through a blend of experiential activities, grounding meditations, Enneagram exploration, enlightening and informational background discovery, and a deep dive into inner work you’ll be empowered with new tools, knowledge, and community connection to activate as an authentic advocate for all of humanity.
Continuing education for this course is available through the leader.
Dr. Deborah Egerton is an internationally respected spiritual teacher, psychotherapist, author, and executive coach. "Dr. E," as she is affectionately known, is an inspirational Enneagram JEDI (justice, equality, diversity, inclusion) who teaches the value of the Enneagram for introspective self-discovery.
