In this new workshop offering from Michaela Boehm, we’ll explore our relationship to relationships. Through a series of solo explorations, partnered processes, considerations, and somatic movements, we’ll work with our constrictions, concerns, and contractions around intimacy and desired connections.

You will have the opportunity to identify and articulate your conscious and unconscious beliefs around dynamics and connections in your life; patterns inherited from your upbringing; imprints formed from previous relationships; and your own assumptions about yourself. Learn how to trace these influences and how they cumulatively shape your nervous system and the expressions of your body.

Bodily imprints influence our whole life trajectory, including romantic partners, livelihoods, behaviors, and coping mechanisms. We will engage in specific somatic explorations to facilitate awareness and release and sensitize the body for greater availability.

Join Michaela for this journey into the depths of Intimacy and and an exploration of the body as you:

  • Examine relational imprints and bodily coping strategies.
  • Engage with the behavioral patterns connected with intimacy.
  • Shine a light onto the somatic imprints driving relational actions.
  • Identify energy leaks and weak boundaries.
  • Create bodily insight and connection with who you are and how you engage, both relationally and erotically.
  • Develop the insight and somatic ability to relate intimately as a free human.
  • Create your own ritual for liberating patterns and unexamined beliefs.

Together, we will release old patterns, enliven all senses, and discover the tools for full-bodied liberation.
