Multidimensional Integrative Healing recognizes that there are multiple dimensions of reality and experience that exist and can be accessed for healing. EMDR is a powerful therapy for healing and integrating what blocks us from living fully. When we open to multiple dimensions in our work, we increase our capacity to heal on deeper levels that transcend time and space.

In this workshop, we will learn basic tools for creating boundaries and energetic sovereignty. We will meditate together and explore our dreams. We will discuss topics of interest, share our cases, watch live demonstrations and practice in small groups.

Topics of interest include:

  • Development and use of spiritual resources as support in healing work, including helping spirits, ancestral resources, power animals, and psychopomp beings
  • Using EMDR with near-death experiences
  • EMDR and after-death communications
  • Using EMDR to integrate spiritual experiences including those from the use of psychedelics
  • EMDR with past life trauma
  • Dreamwork and EMDR
  • Working with and releasing energetic attachments
  • Working with energetic chords
  • Ancestral and intergenerational healing using EMDR
  • Spirit loss and retrieval with EMDR

In this workshop participants will learn:

  • What is needed from the therapist for Multidimensional Integrative Healing and EMDR
  • Basic tools for creating boundaries and energetic sovereignty including grounding chord, energy call back, energy bubble, and True Self-recognition
  • How to include and use spiritual resources
  • How to use EMDR with near-death experiences, past life experiences, and spirit or soul loss
  • How to facilitate the integration of spiritual/transpersonal experiences with EMDR including after-death communications, pre-birth recognition, and reclaiming one’s spiritual purpose
