Polish your luminous body by revamping not just your yoga poses, but yourself, with innovative practices that renew body, mind, and spirit. Our yoga spring renewal practices consist of energizing movement, flow yoga, core activations, meridian sequencing, tapping, rejuvenating holds, and cleansing rituals based on the five elements.

We begin with yoga for the skin, sloughing off the old, learning a potent five-step cleansing ritual. Next, learn revitalizing fluid yoga sequences that stimulate the organ body before thoughtfully weaving muscles and mind together into a whole new radiant being. One of the sessions will incorporate a specific bathing ritual that takes advantage of the potent Esalen springs. The practices each day will be as fresh and fun as you will feel from partaking in this sparkling Yoga Spring Renewal.

Certified in Anusara Yoga and the Halprin Life Art Process, Ulrika blends holistic practices of yoga, somatic movement therapy, and Swedish skin rituals with the elements of nature into movement medicine for body and mind. The many layers and systems of the body are addressed with balanced attention given to the physical and the energetic, form and formless, along with unique individual and more universal patterns. Think of Ulrika’s approach to yoga as anatomy and astronomy combined in body and mind.

** Bring a dry brush, tongue scraper, and facial clay mask.**

Open to all levels of experience with a minimum of three months yoga experience.
