“To be fully alive, fully human, and completely awake is to be continually thrown out of the nest. To live fully is to be always in no man's land, to experience each moment as completely new and fresh. To live is to be willing to die over and over again.” - Pema Chödrön

In our deepest hearts, human beings yearn for deeper love, awareness, aliveness, and creativity.  We seek to become empowered, and to become compassionate in how we see and experience the world. We desire to walk on this earth with the intention of benefiting all. But how do we get to this loving and compassionate state of being?

Join Jovinna on the sacred land of Esalen Institute for a month of embodiment practices and contemplation, and drop into a field of deep communion with Nature, Self, and Community. We invite you in to experience the transformational power of coming fully alive from aligning every separate part of yourself.

During this month-long immersion, you will learn about:

  • Releasing fear, inhibition, and judgment.
  • Increasing your life force through studying the five koshas (multi-dimensional layers of being).
  • Awakening and heightening all your senses.
  • Expanding loving-kindness towards yourself and others.
  • Cultivating awareness, presence, and peace.
  • Tuning into and acting on your life purpose.

When you choose to live in a way that generates aliveness and compassion, your own evolution has the potential to change the world. Choose to nurture and unleash your own fulfillment and well-being through the embodiment practices of yoga, dance, and sound meditation. Together we will carefully cultivate the clarity and courage to transmute the limiting beliefs and patterns that dampen your life force.

Please bring a journal for reflection and notes.  You are welcome to bring your own personal yoga mat.
