Peggy Horan has been practicing and teaching Esalen massage for over 5 decades and is now deemed a legacy teacher. She earned her certificate in mindfulness meditation teaching with Jack Kornfeld and Tara Brach. She also was a midwife in Big Sur, and is a student of movement, yoga, and psychology. She has taught programs in Esalen massage at all levels and is on the Teacher Training faculty.  Peggy is a long time resident of Big Sur, wife, mother and grandmother. Her practice now includes Compassionate Coaching to support others on their spiritual journey.
