Ivy Lavie is a psychotherapist in the Bay Area.  She has taught mindfulness for the Spirit Rock teen program and at events such as Wisdom 2.0. Ivy draws from Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, and her experiences in co-creating meaningful events as a mother in her community.
