You will meet your practitioner outside the bookstore 5 minutes early to be guided to the location for your session.
Combining Hologenic™ Connected Breathwork with Integrative Gestalt, this session supports deep self-inquiry and emotional release. Your practitioner will guide you through cycles of 30–40 accelerated, targeted breaths followed by time to express through movement, words and sound what you are experiencing in the moment.

Perry has been a member of the community and teaching staff at Esalen since 1979. He teaches Esalen Massage, Deep Bodywork, Gestalt and Hologenic™ Breathwork at Esalen, Europe and Asia. He offers private sessions at Esalen and via Zoom from his home in Big Sur.
