You will meet your practitioner outside the bookstore 10 minutes early to be guided to the location for your session.

Combining Hologenic™ Connected Breathwork with Integrative Gestalt, this session supports deep self-inquiry and emotional release. Breath cycles are followed by time for expression and integration.

Perry has been a member of the community and teaching staff at Esalen since 1979. He teaches Esalen Massage, Deep Bodywork, Gestalt and Hologenic™ Breathwork at Esalen, Europe and Asia. He offers private sessions at Esalen and via Zoom from his home in Big Sur.
