You will meet your practitioner outside the bookstore 5 minutes early to be guided to the location for your session.
This immersive ritual combines the magic of native herbs and flowers with bodywork and sound healing. You'll receive guidance on creating your own herbal poultice, creative sensory therapy with flowers harvested fresh from the Esalen garden, awakening reverence for the cycles of the earth. Then you’ll experience a somatic herbal bodywork session with steam poultice bundles and the sweeping of fresh herbs on your body, while a variety of sound healing instruments facilitate shifting states of consciousness. This multi-sensory intersection of self-awareness, intention, touch, plants, and sound creates a container for transformation, an innately human ancestral healing experience. This session supports energetic renewal, grounding, and integration.
This session is available for prenatal guests, couples and friends.
