Practitioners

Whitney Bell

Whitney Bell grew up immersed in the healing power of therapeutic touch within a family of bodyworkers, knowing from an early age that her path would lead to the healing arts. With over fifteen years of experience, she is a seasoned bodywork practitioner, educator, and Gestalt facilitator. Her training includes Esalen® Massage, Deep Bodywork®, CranioSacral Therapy, Hologenic Breathwork®, Zero Balancing, and trauma recovery modalities. Whitney’s path has been shaped by personal transformation, somatic practices, and a commitment to being a lifelong student. Her journey began as an avid backcountry snowboarder and adventurer. When health challenges brought her to a halt, she immersed herself in the rich container of the Esalen community, turning her focus inward toward the body and the inner landscape. Whitney weaves her love of the mountains, somatic awareness, and the transformative journey of motherhood into both her practice and teaching. Guided by a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom, she honors the powerful healing combination of skill, presence, and curiosity. When we attune to the body’s language— when we slow down and listen—it will always lead us toward healing, balance, and wholeness.
