Wendy Haines is a transformational coach, somatic teacher, and visionary leader with over 20 years of professional coaching experience. As a Certified Master Somatic Coach through the Strozzi Institute and a member of its Teacher Training Program, she also holds International Coaching Federation (ICF, PCC) credentials. Wendy founded Illumine Education and has been designing and facilitating transformational workshops since 2003, focusing on success, purpose, vision, embodied leadership and authentic expression. Her clients span from senior executives to creatives in the entertainment industry to leaders in their own life. Her clients describe her work as inspiring, catalytic, and deeply authentic.

A lifelong student of human potential, Wendy has studied for more than 35 years with master teachers across personal growth and healing modalities. She integrates transformation with nature, guiding purpose-driven expeditions through the Grand Canyon to foster profound self-discovery. Her commitment to equity is reflected in founding iWe – Inclusion for Women in the Industry, and her role as Senior Facilitator with the Institute for Gender Partnership. Currently, she serves as faculty at the Strozzi Institute for Somatics, mentoring the next generation of practitioners and championing embodied transformation and authentic leadership.
