Rebecca Crotts’ passion for helping people and organizations reach their potential has fueled her educational and professional choices for the last twenty years. In today’s highly competitive talent environment, Rebecca is constantly seeking to discover and develop new ways to engage and grow leaders and help them create open, curious, inclusive cultures. She recently completed a Masters in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania. While broadening her own skills and experiences, she applies the latest research and methods in practical, real-world ways with her clients.
Rebecca currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Development and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Rubrik, a leading data security company. In this role, she partners with leaders to scale people, teams, and culture. Prior to this, Rebecca worked as an independent executive coach and organizational consultant for five years, supporting large global corporations and numerous start- and scale-ups. Before launching her own business, Rebecca was a Senior Director, People Business Partner, at PayPal and Venmo, and held equivalent roles in Learning and Leadership, and Organizational Development at eBay and Bank of America. In these roles, she looked after the end-to-end employee experience and engagement, manager and executive development, organizational design, and mergers and acquisitions.
Rebecca Crotts is the former Senior Director of People & Culture at PayPal and now the Global Head of Talent Development and DEI at Rubrik. As a business-minded people leader and executive coach, Rebecca has been scaling leaders and culture for two decades.
