Justin Milano is an entrepreneur, executive coach, and the CEO of Abroad.io. At Abroad, Justin is working with an international team of coaches, professors, psychologists, and wisdom keepers to build a leadership and team development platform that is scientifically evidenced to unlock human and organizational flourishing. Through our work, we have the privilege of working with top executives, founders, and their teams to help them unlock their greatest purpose and potential.

As part of Abroad’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, our team is conducting landmark research on the well-being of leaders and working with indigenous leaders globally to preserve ancient wisdom and inspire compassionate action. As a public speaker, Justin has given talks at top universities, venture capital funds, and financial institutions on topics from purpose-driven leadership to executive well-being. In 2019 Justin was selected for the Edmund Hillary Fellowship, an innovative New Zealand government program that looks to attract top social impact entrepreneurs to incubate solutions to global problems in New Zealand.
