Joel Gruber earned his doctoral degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), specializing in Tibetan Buddhism and tantric studies. As a professor at the University of San Diego (USD), Dr. Gruber won several awards for teaching and authored dozens of articles published in journals, edited volumes, and popular forums. Drawing from his research, Dr. Gruber created “new gods,” a modernized mind/body training system that enables the working professional to access their inner divinity, and then become it.
