Jeff W. Jones co-founded Afro Flow Yoga® with his wife, Leslie. Through music, Jeff creates an intuitive flow with mastery of African-inspired rhythms, instruments, drumming, and vocals. His inspired use of an eclectic array of tonal instruments ground and center the yoga practice. Jeff is a professional engineer, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, composer, and musical director who has traveled the world. Leslie and Jeff have been passionate about community building and bringing healing and transformation to people.
