With over 10 years of experience in tech industry marketing and communications, she now focuses on creating experiences that put safety and human values at the frontier of AI development.

Raised in Silicon Valley, Cecilia witnessed firsthand how singular ideas could reshape our collective future — and the ethical responsibilities that come with unleashing powerful technologies into the world. This dual awareness drives her work today: empowering the public with content, community, and resources that increase knowledge and urgency around safe AI development.

She co-founded The Ai Salon, a global community think tank that brings together technologists, policymakers, creatives, and civil society for intimate conversations about AI's societal implications (6,000+ members across six cities). Through her Substack publication and podcast RemAIning Human, she explores how we can develop AI that serves humanity while preserving what makes us human.
