Edith Elliott

Edith Elliott is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Noora Health, a globally recognized nonprofit transforming healthcare outcomes by equipping millions of patients and families with caregiving education, training, and support. Her work sits at the intersection of global health, systems design, compassion, and human-centered innovation. Edith is an Ashoka, Mulago, Echoing Green, and DRK fellow, an Audacious Project winner, TED speaker, and associate faculty member at Ariadne Labs at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Edith’s parents first introduced her to Esalen and to the belief that individual transformation and collective well-being are deeply connected. Their example fostered a lifelong curiosity about human potential that continues to inform both her leadership and her personal life. Edith has enjoyed returning to Esalen over the years and values its role as a space for reflection, growth, and deep connection.

Originally from Telluride, Colorado, Edith now lives in the woods in Northern Michigan with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she loves spending summers on the lake, traveling with her family, and being close to her parents, who live next door.
