Yoga, dance, and ceremonial self-care provide sensual and centering practices that help clear and revitalize energy. Therapeutic journaling and wisdom circles help participants identify what truly matters. Ritual, prayer, and adornment provide ways to weave beauty into each day. A meditation practice is encouraged for stress reduction and emotional wellbeing.
