Join Amy Weintraub for groundbreaking, evidence-based yoga and meditation protocols that can strengthen your emotional resilience. We’ll practice pranayama breathing exercises, accessible postures, mudras, mantras, and guided meditations for meeting and managing your mood. LifeForce Yoga interweaves the integrity of an ancient discipline with current scientific findings to help you release what’s no longer serving you — without a story attached! Experience the power of LifeForce Yoga Chakra Clearing Meditation, a technique that incorporates mantra, mudra, and breath to clear the central energy channel of the body. Discover LifeForce Yoga Nidra, a form of meditative self-inquiry that, while relaxing the body, opens the mind to greater self-awareness and opens the heart to love and acceptance of what is. You will leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and ready to use new tools in your at-home, teaching, or clinical practice to bring balance to the emotional and physical body.

This workshop is accessible for all levels, including beginners. Psychotherapists, health professionals, and yoga teachers will learn techniques not regularly taught in yoga classes to help their clients focus, relax, and experience greater access to their feelings. Please bring a yoga mat.
