Some of the world’s greatest thinkers agree that being “in the zone” - the experience of full immersion in the present moment - is the key to becoming more creative, productive and happier, all at the same time. There are many ways to merge our physical and subtle bodies, but a nuanced yoga practice can be one of the most direct and potent. This program will focus primary on Vinyasa Yoga asana, but we will also explore pranayama, kriya, and meditation techniques.
