Do you feel that your sexual experiences are missing something or leave you longing for greater connection? Mindful sex explores the depths of sexual emotion and commitment. This retreat for couples provides an opportunity to deepen your sexual expressions of love. Negative or hurtful notions about sex from our culture, media, or our own distorted thoughts impact our body perceptions and sexual experiences. This workshop addresses unhealthy influences and opens a new practice of gentle, connecting sexual experience and vision. Participants discover loving and effective ways to transform previous ideas into expansive, positive, and vibrant relationships of sexual acceptance and joy. Sexual mindfulness is a new area of training and Chelom teaches not only the practice of sexual mindfulness but also presents a summary of the latest research. This workshop teaches and demonstrates non-sexual exercises and practices that inform the sexual relationship. Couples can develop tools for deeper acceptance, appreciation, and communication, and will be taught skills and attitudes that create a new understanding of how sex creates attachment, heals hurts, and nurtures and expands our nature. This workshop welcomes committed couples of all gender and sexual orientations.
