Would you like to be mobile, agile, strong, and full of vitality? Do aches and pains hold you back? Are you struggling to recover from injury? Do you feel you’re getting old or stuck in a rut? Is it possible to heal and enjoy well-being, and perhaps even to reverse deterioration that comes with age?
The answer is a resounding yes — when we shift our focus to the workings of our brain.
We now know that the brain can easily change for the better, at any age, when we give it the conditions and information it needs. This is what we’ll do in this workshop. Through gentle, sophisticated, and pleasurable NeuroMovement lessons combined with the 9 Essentials, lectures, hands-on exercises, videos, and Q&A sessions, you can discover new ways of moving, feeling, and thinking. You can transform pain and limitation to growing freedom, creativity, potency, and joy. During this workshop you’ll acquire tools with which to continue building a stronger and better brain throughout life.
The group will practice Anat Baniel’s method, which has proven successful with tens of thousands of people, from high-performance athletes, dancers, and musicians to those suffering from pain and injury, as well as children with special needs.
