Workshop Details

The shift from “thinking” to “being” is one of the most essential aspects of the meditative journey. We will explore somatic practices to quiet the conceptual mind, unlocking the hidden power, warmth and wisdom of the body. Drawing upon their father-son connection, James and Adam Baraz will offer teachings from Tibetan yoga and Buddhist mindfulness practice. Through experiential exercises and guided meditations, participants will take a systematic journey through the somatic path of spiritual transformation to support “bypassing the thinking mind.” This process will include techniques to release physical and emotional tension, awaken presence and relax the body into being.
