Staying sane in a world moving ever more quickly requires daily practices of attention, centering, awareness, and self-care. Yet if those practices get too complicated, we quickly find that they fall away. Cultivating a simple, straightforward daily ritual is the key to keeping up this daily commitment to maintaining your own well-being, groundedness, and contentment. Take the opportunity to spend a weekend revisiting familiar or new practices such as meditation, breathwork, stretching, reflective writing, and reading or reciting short passages from the wisdom traditions. We'll practice together, talk about how to stick to a daily ritual when you want to give it up, and work as a group to craft a plan for each participant to take home.
