“Are you tired of efforting, striving, and pushing even in the midst of spiritual practices?” asks yoga philosopher and inner alignment teacher Tosha Silver. “If so, come dive into a different way of being: a life of aligning with Divine Source. When love itself is invited to be the ‘do-er,’ when all is genuinely offered, everything becomes holy, even that which might have once seemed overwhelming or mundane. Learning to embody this state simply takes profound invitation, practice, and relaxation. Offering isn’t about giving up, passivity, or repressing emotions. It's simply impassioned, embodied surrender. Spaciousness arises and right actions spontaneously occur at the right time. Offering navigates that paradoxical space where desire and detachment meet, and solutions come in ways the ego could never imagine.”
Tosha brings thirty years of experience teaching people around the world new ways to align their lives with inner love. The heart of the retreat will be two days in silence (aside from class time), meditations, ceremonies, Q&A sessions, and the opportunity to commune with the energies of Kali-Ma, the Hindu goddess of death and rebirth. A daily yoga class with a certified Vinyasa teacher will be offered. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
