serves as clinical faculty at Yale University’s psychiatry department. He is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in Truth-Oriented Therapy, which incorporates mindfulness-based, cognitive, existential, contemplative, and spiritual approaches. He has practiced and taught insight-based, non-dual, and contemplative practices since 2004.

We will integrate relevant findings in neuroscience and psychology, and introduce you to the science of enlightenment.
