To relate, to love, and to connect is to be human. Who among us does not want to be loved and belong? As important as our relationships are, they are not always easy. Compassion for Couples (CfC) is a program designed to help us meet ourselves and our partners with greater awareness and compassion. CfC builds on the skills developed in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), an eight-week program created by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer and affiliated with Harvard Medical School. CfC focuses on moving deeper into compassion between partners.
