is an Esalen® Massage practitioner/teacher who weaves the interconnective relationships of the body through spiral patterning and movement. She has been involved with the healing arts since 1972.
This workshop will introduce the core concepts of Esalen Massage. Through brief lectures and demonstrations, and with plenty of personal supervision of hands-on work, the workshop will present essential tools and information, including the long, balancing strokes and gentle stretches that are the foundation of Esalen Massage. The principal elements of bodywork, including breath and sensory awareness practices, grounding, movement, and quality of contact will also be introduced and practiced, creating a firm foundation for learning massage.
