Grief in Our Bones

Sep 22 - 24, 2017 Begins in 1 month
with Kim Mooney

“When we can embrace a broken heart with true compassion, grief gives us the strength to hold all the pain and difficulty, the courage to take one more breath, and the capacity to build a powerful new life,” says Kim Mooney. “But first we have to truly understand what it is, how we approach and handle our pain and confusion, and how it can change us alchemically. In this workshop, we’ll use community and nature to explore our personal and human grief and create our own metaphors for breathing through chaos.
