Shadow Yoga: Cultivating a Personal Practice

Dec 27 - Jan 03, 2020 Begins in 6 months
with Chandra Easton & Scott Blossom

It is a deeply personal journey that is nourished by a fulfilling and sustainable personal practice. Three essential questions to ask before setting off are: What do I really want in my life? What do I really need?
