Alejandro Chaoul, PhD,
has studied with eminent teachers of Tibetan Buddhism and Bon for more than 20 years, including Lopon Tenzin Namdak and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. This workshop explores the distinctive Tibetan Bon practice of yoga known as Tsa Lung Trul Khor, which translates to “magical movements of vital breaths and channels.” This practice incorporates breathing and awareness with particular body movements, a process that can put you in touch with the subtle aspects of your body (your channels and chakras) as they are explained in Tibetan medicine.
