How do all the transformational methods you've learned fit together? WEL is a method that integrates mindfulness, biofeedback, HeartMath, Gestalt, shamanic ritual, and EFT tapping. Separately, these approaches can be very effective for both physical and psychological healing. When put together in a unified framework, they can take you to a whole new level. This workshop begins by introducing a biologically-anchored meditation technique. Then, using select practices from each of modalities listed above, WEL guides you to an advanced mental and emotional state called High Mind. In this state, you can journey safely into forgotten and disowned corners of your life experience, rediscovering lost fragments of your potential, and integrating abilities and insights from every part of your psyche. You will keep a journal throughout the workshop to record progress and process. This establishes a framework for incorporating what you’ve experienced and learned into your everyday life as an ongoing and consistent transformative practice.
