We all want to be strong, flexible, and full of energy and vitality. Yet, so many of us experience pain and limitation and are less fit than we would like to be. In our efforts to be fit, what often is overlooked is our brain.
The brain organizes all action: movement, thinking, feeling, and emotion. The good news is that the brain can easily change for the better — at any age — when given the right conditions and information, thus dramatically reducing pain and increasing strength, flexibility, and well-being.
This experiential workshop introduces Anat Baniel's Nine Essential Tools to wake up the brain and resume a highly potent process of creating new, higher quality patterns of organization of action that eliminate pain, help prevent injury, increase fitness level, and fill us with vitality.
Through gentle, safe, and pleasurable NeuroMovement® lessons, lectures, hands-on exercises, videos, and question-and-answer sessions, the group will practice Baniel’s method, which has proven successful with tens of thousands of people, from high-performance athletes, dancers, and musicians, to those suffering from pain and injury, as well as children with special needs.
