Workshop Details

Spiritual traditions point to the essence of our being as infinite, radiant, empty awareness. This dimension, the core of our own nature, is deeper than the physical, conceptual, and energetic levels of our being. Realization Process practices offer a gentle, precise approach to opening bodies, minds, and hearts to this essence — the transparent, luminous space of nondual consciousness — which is the basis of our oneness with all other life. Meditations, exercises, and movements help us practice the following:
· Awaken our whole being
· Feel grounded, vibrant, and present
· Speak-hear-touch with bare perception
· Move with fluidity and balance
· Consciously become part of life’s flow
This workshop is designed to deepen meditation for beginning and advanced practitioners. We can attune directly to this consciousness; open chakras and energy channels; refine the breath and the senses; and integrate awareness, love, and sensation. This workshop is especially beneficial for psychotherapists, nurses, and other health professionals for use with their patients and clients. In a pilot study at New York University Medical School, the Realization Process reduced symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder and increased positive emotions.
