In the last forty years, people in the world’s developed nations have become increasingly unhappy*. The personal and professional costs of “success” have been enormous. Yet you can actually choose to be happy. Whether you are an individual or an entire company, an important step is to come into clarity about your defined mission — your very reason for being. By clarifying your purpose, you can passionately harness your energies and resources to best fulfill your life’s vision, to live happier, healthier, and longer.
In this interactive workshop, we will use multi-sensory tools such as group dialogue, meditation, music, singing, journaling, and physical motion to access and affirm your life purpose. We will create a safe group context within which you can align your thoughts, decisions, and actions with your values, priorities, and passions. By integrating the five key aspects of life: body, money, relationships, spirit, and community, you can discover and choose what makes you happy, and enhance your creativity and productivity. From this process, you can emerge less stressed, healthier, more creative... and of course, happier!
