This workshop involves a promise: you practice yoga. In return, you receive yoga’s gifts of health, intimacy, and joy. In order to experience these benefits, your yoga practice must be adapted to you, not you to yoga. The 5Rhythms is a moving meditation that will reveal the patterns, rhythms, and cycles of life: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. We explore the 5Rhythms in relationship to our feminine and masculine natures, creating union, transformation, and connection to self, partners, and community.
With Mark and Douglas’s heartfelt and skillful guidance, you will have the opportunity to:

· Explore 5Rhythms moving meditation practice
· Experience 5Rhythm’s tools for understanding the masculine and feminine energies your life
This workshop welcomes all levels; no prior yoga or 5Rhythms experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat.
