This workshop is designed for any couple with an unresolved issue or struggle. A couple is any two people who have a history together (parent-child, siblings, married or divorced parents, romantic partners) who want a future with improved communication and connection. This workshop is interactive and experiential. You will spend time together as a couple, alone, and in small groups. You will be taught the skill of mindfulness applied to communication, feelings, and resolution. Additionally, the practices of forgiveness, compassion, and gratitude can create an emerging sense of reconnection and communication with your partner.
Settle into a weekend retreat during which your only job is to tune in to what is happening inside you and your partner. Remember what it feels like to be present, interested, and appreciative of yourself and the life you hope to create together.
