In this workshop, we will create a safe space to notice, relax, and release the armoring around our hearts, which can open us into intimacy with ourselves, our bodies, and Spirit itself. Our process will include three kinds of work: Relational practices to cultivate intimacy with ourselves, each other, and Spirit; Embodied transformative work anchored in breath and Reichian somatic psychology; and an intelligent framework that can help us integrate the work. In the spirit of “all life is yoga,” we will do yogas of breath and body, heart and spirit — daring to open our bodies, embrace our wounds, and befriend our exiled parts. Simultaneously, we will make our way to the authentic joy at the heart of life.
This journey will support us as we:
· Reconnect with our passion and source of embodied power
· Free up our contact with the tender places inside that we tend to protect
· Break through our inner taboos against ecstasy
Enter into the transformational intimacy of a “higher we” as we tenderly and often playfully embark together upon practices of breath, body, heart, soul, and spirit, anchored in clear awareness.
