Our world is in great flux. Changes come every day. Our old beliefs may not fit any longer. There is a great call to all of us from Mother Earth and the cosmos to open up and receive a new alignment in consciousness. Many of us find it difficult to respond to this call but also there is a sense of relief and excitement.
In this workshop we will practice meditation, which supports us to stay centered and open to receive these new energies in a more balanced way. In our time together we will also practice a gentle yoga—moving into our bodies with ease and using our breath to feel each pose.
Asana (yoga postures) are an ancient medicine to release the body from mental, emotional, and physical stress. It is a preventive medicine!
We will take time in restoratives postures to renew and rejuvenate ourselves. Our early mornings will be dedicated to pranayama (breath awareness), which also helps us to center and relax.
The workshop is designed to support each participant in going deeper into their heart, to reflect, rejuvenate, and deeply relax, and to create the opportunity to open up to this infinite possibility that exists in each moment. Please bring a yoga mat.
