is the founder of Wisdom 2.0, which holds events exploring mindfulness and technology. He has written several books, walked for a year through various countries, and has taught mindfulness to incarcerated youth, trauma workers in Rwanda, and companies.
The fourth annual Wisdom 2.0 Unplugged retreat will be a chance to connect – without devices – with other people in the beautiful natural setting of Esalen Institute. This will be a time to be still, to play, and to take a break from the “always on” lifestyle so prevalent today.
The weekend will be a time to reflect on how and where our life is moving. We will explore questions including, What is wanting to emerge in our lives? Are we aligned with a purpose? What wants to die, and what wants to come forth?
