In this hands-on, vegetarian cooking class, gourmet organic chef, teacher, and cookbook author Leslie Cerier presents delicious whole foods that are quick, easy to prepare, health enhancing, and nutritious. Each day, we will prepare our meals by mixing and matching the fresh, organic, and seasonal vegetables, fruits, herbs, and edible flowers from the Esalen Garden with quick-cooking beans, grains, eggs, cheese, nuts, and seeds.
