Throughout their lives, men are encouraged to play by the “rules of masculinity.” These rules about what is acceptable for men often involve inhibiting the spontaneous, creative, vulnerable, authentic, and care-free aspects of the self. This five-day experience is intended to help men re-discover the pure joy of feeling alive. As a group, we will explore what it means to be a fully present and authentic man. By sharing our stories of challenges, relationships, hardships, dreams, and desires, we will build a community of trust, permission, and healing.
