Dance is an unusually rich avenue for improving strength, flexibility, circulation, posture, mood, and connection. During this workshop, students will be introduced to Gokhale Method posture principles as they learn Brazilian, Latin, and African dance moves. This workshop is suitable for people of all ages and abilities. No dance experience is required.
