Alan Schwartz,
author of Life Force: Death Force, pioneered the understanding of energetic dynamics and its relationship to Gestalt therapy. A student and colleague of Laura Perls, he also studied with Lowen and Pierrakos. He has taught the Gestalt approach worldwide since 1970.
