Mindfulness in Education: Teacher Training
This transformative training gives educators, counselors, parents, and childcare providers the practical tools they need to bring the many benefits of mindfulness to children K-12. Participants will have the opportunity to deepen their own mindfulness practices, learn about various mindfulness-based curricula, and bring these practices back into their lives and work. Research shows that mindfulness practices decrease stress, anxiety, and depression in children, while improving emotional regulation, attention capacity, and social relations — all proven contributors to academic achievement.
