Life is uncertain. As much as we try to create stability and predictability, each moment brings its own surprise and its own unique offering. The more we can show up for each moment of our life just as it is, the more we can thrive in the midst of uncertainty. Our sensations are wonderful allies in this process. As we pay attention to our sensory experience, the more connected we become to what is actually happening.
